A fantastic getaway! Spacious double room, private parking, and just a five-minute walk to the center. Breakfast is a delight, featuring quality ingredients in a charming setting. Couple great spot for getaway

The hosts were extremely welcoming and offered great tips about the local hikes. The breakfast was a highlight, top quality food beautifully presented and just what you need to start the day right.

It wasn’t exactly low-priced but it was still acceptable considering the experience.

Solo traveler’s perfect hideaway

The breakfast is phenomenal! they use quality ingredients and it’s a great start to the day. the owners were super friendly, they even dried my wet clothes after a day of hiking!

It wasn't the cheapest stay, but it was still a worthwhile experience.

Had a great time with friends! We loved the clean, comfortable rooms and the fresh breakfast. The location made it easy for us to walk into town and the free parking was a plus. We enjoyed sailing and kayaking at Derwentwater Marina, and the owners were super helpful with tips and local advice.

Had a minor issue when checking in. the owners were a bit unapproachable, but it didn’t ruin our stay.
